We are hiring an "Event Manager" for a Sports company .

Job Location - Jaipur, India

Overview: Plan and execute on-ground event and stadium operations, from venue

setup through to live event delivery.

Experience: 3-6 years in event/venue management

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end event execution: venue setup, vendor coordination, logistics, and staffing

- Oversee stadium/venue production - branding, seating, signage, and power/lighting

coordination

- Liaise with security, government bodies, and civic authorities for event permissions Manage ticketing, hospitality, and F&B; vendor operations on event day.
- Troubleshoot on-ground issues in real time during live events

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management or related field

- 3-6 years of experience in event management; sports or large-scale event experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and teams simultaneously
- Willingness to travel and work long, irregular hours during event cycles.
