Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Web Developer to design, develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality websites and web applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in up-to-date web technologies, responsive development, CMS platforms, API integrations, website performance, and deployment. The candidate should be capable of independently managing web development projects from requirements through launch and ongoing maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance responsive websites and web applications.
- Build clean, scalable, and reusable front-end components.
- Convert Figma/UI designs into accurate, responsive, and functional web pages.
- Develop using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Next.js, and other modern web technologies.
- Customize and maintain WordPress and other CMS platforms.
- Integrate REST APIs, forms, CRM systems, payment gateways, analytics, and third-party services.
- Ensure websites function properly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Optimize website performance, loading speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall user experience.
- Implement technical SEO best practices.
- Troubleshoot website issues, identify root causes, and resolve bugs efficiently.
- Manage website deployment, hosting, domains, DNS, SSL certificates, and production environments.
- Implement appropriate website security and maintenance practices.
- Use Git/GitHub for version control and development workflows.
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing.
- Collaborate with designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to implement website requirements.
- Maintain existing websites and continuously improve their performance and functionality.
- Stay current with current web technologies, frameworks, security practices,
and development standards.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of professional web development experience
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Strong experience with React and/or Next.js
- Excellent knowledge of responsive and mobile-first development
- Experience converting Figma designs into production-ready websites
- Strong experience with WordPress development and customization
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub and version control
- Strong understanding of website performance optimization
- Understanding of technical SEO and web accessibility
- Experience with cross-browser compatibility and testing
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar back-end technologies
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases
- Knowledge of Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms and website hosting
- Knowledge of CI/CD and automated deployment workflows
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
- Familiarity with website security and performance monitoring tools
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a strong hands-on developer who can take ownership of web projects and work independently with minimal supervision.
The candidate should have excellent technical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver reliable, high-performance websites within agreed timelines.
A strong portfolio of live websites and web applications is required. Candidates should be able to clearly explain their individual contribution to the projects presented.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with equivalent professional experience and a strong development portfolio will also be considered.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
