Responsible for the day-to-day execution, supervision and documentation of construction activities, ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise and monitor daily site activities.
- Maintain labour attendance, allocate work and monitor productivity.
- Verify materials received, consumed and available at site.
- Maintain material stock and site records.
- Raise material requirements/requisitions in advance.
- Ensure work complies with approved drawings and specifications.
- Check quality, dimensions, levels and workmanship.
- Record measurements and quantities of completed work.
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractors.
- Verify material deliveries and work completed before bills are processed.
- Maintain daily/weekly progress reports and site photographs.
- Ensure the latest approved drawings are followed.
- Monitor basic site safety and housekeeping.
- Immediately report delays, defects, wastage, shortages, variations and other significant site issues.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
