Executive Assistant to Managing Director – Lower Parel | Up to ₹60,000

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director.

Location: Lower Parel (Kamala Mills)

10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month (based on experience)

Role Includes:

- Complete calendar & travel management (domestic & international)
- Handling confidential business information
- Coordinating with senior management & external stakeholders
- Preparing MIS reports, presentations & business briefs
- Managing high-level meetings & follow-ups
- Vendor & client coordination

Ideal Candidate:

- 5+ years’ experience as EA to MD/CEO
- Strong English communication
- Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Highly presentable & professional
- Able to handle pressure & multitasking
