Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Showroom Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in retail jewellery sales, with strong expertise in sales management, customer handling, team management, and showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall sales and operations of the jewellery showroom.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and business objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the showroom sales team.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance and provide regular guidance.
- Handle key customers and ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Ensure proper display, stock handling, inventory control, and showroom hygiene.
- Monitor daily sales, billing, stock movement, and operational reports.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling of jewellery products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and security procedures.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.




- Coordinate with the HO/management team regarding sales, inventory, and operations.
- Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to improve showroom revenue.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail jewellery sales.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery products.
- Proven experience in managing a jewellery showroom/store.
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented with strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of showroom operations, inventory, and billing processes.
- Candidates from reputed jewellery retail brands will be preferred.
