Site Supervisor - Construction Company

Experience: 2-3 Years | Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month | Location: Gaya , Bihar India

Role in Short:

Supervise daily construction activities at site and ensure work is done as per drawings, quality standards, and safety norms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Site Execution : Monitor day-to-day civil work: RCC, brickwork, plaster, flooring, steel fabrication
- Team Handling: Manage masons, carpenters, bar-binders, and labor. Assign work and track productivity
- Quality & Safety: Check work quality, material usage, and ensure PPE and safety rules are followed
- Drawings & Measurements: Read drawings, do site measurements, and coordinate with engineers
- Reporting : Maintain daily progress reports, labor attendance,



and material consumption
- Coordination : Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth workflow

Requirements:

- Experience: 2-3 years in residential, commercial, or industrial site supervision
- Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI preferred , B-Tech Preferred
- Skills: Knowledge of construction methods, AutoCAD basics, and MS Excel for reports

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
