We are looking for a mature, patient and enthusiastic BIM Career Counsellor to handle enquiries from architects, engineers and other AEC professionals interested in BIM and Revit-based career development.
The primary responsibility is to understand the prospect's professional background and career goals, explain the training program and trainer expertise clearly, answer routine queries, follow up with interested candidates and guide them through registration.
This is not a conventional tele-sales job. The role requires the ability to understand the basics of the subject being discussed and patiently help professionals make an informed decision about their career development.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend incoming enquiries from AEC professionals.
- Understand the candidate's current role, experience and career objectives.
- Explain the BIM/Revit training program and its relevance to their career.
- Communicate the trainer's skilled experience and expertise.
- Answer routine course-related queries.
- Follow up systematically with interested candidates.
- Maintain lead information and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate course/batch schedules and registrations.
- Escalate technical or specialised questions to the BIM trainer when required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
