We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment & Business Development Manager to independently manage and grow our Goa recruitment operations.

The candidate will be responsible for:

- Managing the overall recruitment operations and office team.
- Ensuring overseas project manpower requirements and recruitment targets are achieved on time.
- Managing recruiters, allocating targets and monitoring daily performance.
- Planning and conducting recruitment drives, interviews and sourcing activities.
- Travelling for field activities and developing relationships with recruitment agents, ITIs, institutes, colleges and training centres.
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate and agent network across Goa and surrounding regions.
- Identifying and approaching new overseas companies/clients requiring Indian manpower.
- Generating business leads and securing new recruitment mandates for the company.
- Coordinating with management and providing regular reports on recruitment performance, projects and business development.
- Handling overall office operations and resolving day-to-day recruitment challenges.





Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of experience in recruitment/staffing; overseas recruitment experience preferred.
- Previous experience managing a recruitment team.
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Valuable network-building and business-development ability.
- Target-oriented and capable of handling bulk recruitment.
- Must be willing to travel and work in the field, not just manage from the office.

Salary & Incentives

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹60,000 per month, depending on experience and existing network.

Performance Incentives: Attractive incentives over and above salary based on:

- Recruitment/project targets achieved
- New agents and institutional tie-ups developed
- New overseas clients/business generated
- Successful recruitment mandates and deployments

High performers will have significant earning potential through incentives.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
