About the Role

Marconix is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to manage project reporting, sales & marketing MIS, dashboards and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Track project, sales, lead, conversion and KPI performance.
- Maintain project-wise, client-wise and team-wise trackers.
- Prepare Target vs Achievement and performance reports.
- Support client reporting, presentations and review meetings.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing and project teams for timely data.
- Identify data gaps, delays and performance issues and highlight them proactively.
- Maintain accurate databases and reporting documentation.
- Support management with business analysis and ad-hoc reports.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of MS Excel / Advanced Excel
- Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Charts & Dashboards




- Valuable knowledge of MS PowerPoint & Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good communication and email etiquette
- Strong follow-up, coordination and attention to detail
- Power BI / CRM reporting knowledge will be an advantage.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline. (BE/MBA preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in MIS, Sales MIS, Business Reporting, Operations or Project Coordination preferred.

Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹216,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
