Job Title: Admin cum HR Manager

Department: Human Resource Department

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultants, and employee referrals.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate selection processes, and negotiate offers.
- Ensure timely onboarding of new employees.

2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Complete joining formalities and maintain employee records.
- Manage resignation, exit interviews, and full-and-final settlement processes.

3. HR Operations & Administration

- Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
- Update HRIS and employee databases.
- Issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain attendance and leave records.

4. Payroll & Benefits

- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the payroll team.
- Verify attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
- Assist employees with payroll and benefits-related queries.

5. Performance Management

- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles.
- Monitor probation confirmations and performance reviews.
- Support managers in setting KPIs and development plans.

6. Employee Engagement

- Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Promote a positive workplace culture.

7. Training & Development

- Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.
- Organize internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.

8. Statutory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.




- Coordinate compliance related to PF, ESIC, Bonus, Shops & Establishment Act, and other applicable regulations.
- Support HR audits and statutory inspections.

9. Policy Implementation

- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Communicate policy updates to employees.
- Recommend improvements to HR processes and practices.

10. Reporting & MIS:

- Prepare HR dashboards and monthly MIS reports.
- Track recruitment metrics, attrition, attendance, and employee data.
- Generate reports for management review.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM or master’s degree in human resource management or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

- 4+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, logistics, or corporate environments is preferred.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Good understanding of payroll and attendance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS/ERP systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

· 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (Second and Fourth Saturday Off)
