AaliQ Essentials LLP is an emerging Indian personal care brand, initially launching with skincare. We are building a young, creative and execution-focused team and are looking for someone who wants real-world experience in creating content for a growing consumer brand.

About the Internship

We are looking for one creative and driven Content Creator Intern who will work closely with our marketing team and contribute to AaliQ's day-to-day content creation.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused internship. You won't simply be assisting the content team—you will actively participate in planning, shooting, editing and creating content.

You will get practical exposure to how content is created and used by a growing consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and shoot short-form video content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts and other digital platforms.
- Handle regular on-ground and day-to-day content shoots.
- Identify interesting people, situations and conversations that can be converted into engaging content.
- Shoot using smartphones and/or cameras.
- Handle basic framing, lighting and audio.
- Assist in developing creative concepts, hooks and video ideas.
- Edit short-form videos suitable for social media.
- Capture behind-the-scenes, lifestyle and brand-related content.




- Organize and maintain raw footage and content assets.
- Work closely with the marketing team on ongoing content requirements.
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats and content styles.
- Experiment with different storytelling formats and creative approaches.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

- Is genuinely interested in content creation and social media.
- Understands Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Has a good eye for framing, lighting and composition.
- Can independently shoot videos using a smartphone or camera.
- Has basic video-editing skills.
- Understands hooks, storytelling and audience retention.
- Is comfortable approaching and interacting with people.
- Is creative, confident and willing to experiment.
- Can take ownership of assigned work.
- Is comfortable working in a quick-paced startup environment.

Portfolio

A portfolio is strongly preferred.

- Reels/Shorts
- Personal projects
- College projects
- Previous edited videos
- Any other relevant work

Formal work experience is not mandatory if your portfolio demonstrates strong ability.
