Iconspiral Electronics is establishing a laptop and electronics manufacturing facility in Patna, Bihar, and we are looking for our first HR & Talent Acquisition Executive to help build our founding team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment and hiring
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, campuses and referrals
Coordinate interviews and onboarding
Prepare offer letters and employee documentation
Develop relationships with engineering colleges, polytechnics and ITIs
Support HR policies, employee engagement and administrative functions

Requirements

- MBA/PGDM in HR or related qualification
- 2–4 years' experience in recruitment or HR
- Strong communication and organisational skills




- Ability to work independently in a fast-growing startup
- Manufacturing recruitment experience is an advantage
