Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage the Accounts & Finance activities of our engineering and manufacturing company.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, taxation, MIS, project costing, billing, receivables, payables, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities.
- Handle GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
- Manage customer collections and vendor payments.
- Prepare MIS, P&L; and cash-flow reports.
- Handle project/job-wise costing and billing.
- Perform bank, customer and vendor reconciliations.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
- Monitor working capital and outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with HR, Purchase, Stores and Project teams.
- Supervise the Accounts team and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.

Key Requirements

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter or equivalent.




- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Experience in an engineering/manufacturing company is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.
- Experience in Tally Prime / ERP and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of project costing and project billing.
- Experience handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Good knowledge of bank reconciliation, cash flow and MIS reporting.
- Experience coordinating with auditors and tax consultants.
- Valuable communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting operations.
