Dribbl.io is a growing web marketing agency focused on building high-converting websites and digital experiences that help businesses generate more customers.
We're looking for an energetic and ambitious Outreach Associate to join our growing team and help us connect with businesses that could benefit from our services.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify potential clients for Dribbl.io
- Build and maintain prospect lists
- Reach out to potential clients through cold emails and phone calls
- Introduce Dribbl.io and understand potential client needs
- Follow up with prospects consistently
- Qualify interested prospects and schedule meetings
- Maintain accurate lead and outreach records
- Work closely with the founder to improve outreach strategies
- Help generate new business opportunities and contribute to client acquisition
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with new people
- Comfortable making cold calls
- Good written English
- Willingness to learn sales and business development
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to handle rejection and keep going
- Basic knowledge of email, Google Sheets/Excel, and LinkedIn
- Previous sales/outreach experience is a plus, but not mandatory
Compensation
This is a performance-driven opportunity.
You will earn commission for clients successfully closed through your outreach efforts.
