We are looking for a Production & Operations Head to take complete ownership of our production function and ensure that the entire process runs smoothly, efficiently and on time.

You will manage a team of approximately 40-50 people and work closely with our founders, master and artisans.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage daily, weekly and monthly production.
- Allocate work across tailors and artisans based on capacity and skill.
- Track production, identify bottlenecks and ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage team productivity, attendance and day-to-day floor operations.
- Coordinate material requirements with the sourcing team.
- Maintain quality standards across production.
- Track orders from cutting and stitching through handwork, finishing and dispatch.
- Maintain simple production reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Build systems and processes that improve productivity and make production more organised.

Who We’re Looking For





- 5+ years of experience in production, manufacturing, apparel or a similar environment.
- Experience managing a team and working hands-on on the production floor.
- Solid planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and people.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and production tracking.
- Someone proactive, responsible and comfortable taking complete ownership.
- Fashion/apparel experience is preferred, but strong candidates from other production environments are welcome.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to take ownership of production and help build the systems of a growing design-led brand.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
