Job Description

Kushwaha Homes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associates to join our real estate sales team.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, showcasing available properties, coordinating site visits, and maintaining regular follow-ups throughout the sales process.

This is a good prospect for freshers who are interested in building a career in real estate sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities





- Generate and follow up with prospective property buyers.
- Connect with leads through phone calls and other communication channels.
- Understand customers' property requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Explain property features, specifications, pricing, and other relevant information to prospective customers.
- Coordinate and conduct property/site visits for interested customers.
- Maintain regular and timely follow-ups with leads.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and project teams to support the customer journey.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Provide a professional and customer-focused experience throughout the sales process.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
