- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, engineers, and vendors.
- Monitor material usage, manpower, and work progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and site procedures.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and update the project team.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–4 years of experience in civil construction/site supervision.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site management.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
