We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager – EV Charging Stations to join our team and drive business growth in the EV charging sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Drive end-to-end sales of EV charging solutions within the assigned territory
- Identify, develop, and manage relationships with key clients including CPOs, real estate developers, fleet operators, government bodies and commercial establishments
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and expansion areas in the EV charging ecosystem
- Generate and convert leads through cold calling, networking, site visits and channel partners
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and commercial quotations to clients
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth installation and commissioning of EV charging stations
- Negotiate contracts, pricing and commercial terms with customers
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategies
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates in CRM systems




- Ensure high customer satisfaction through post-sales support and relationship management
- Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional activities, events and campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS

- Btech EEE / MBA (preferred) in Business, Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in sales (EV/energy/automobile sector preferred)
- Robust communication and negotiation skills
- Must have a valid 4-wheeler driving license'
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
