Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Pre-Admission to lead and manage the pre-admission counselling team. The candidate will be responsible for team performance, lead conversion, student counselling, and achieving admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the pre-admission counselling team.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions, and admission targets.
- Guide team members in handling student and parent enquiries effectively.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective students.
- Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Support counsellors in handling difficult or high-value enquiries.
- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and admission numbers.
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for smooth admission operations.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management.
- Train new team members on counselling and admission processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–3+ years of experience in student counselling, admissions, education sales, or a related field.
- Team handling experience is mandatory.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of student counselling and admission processes.
- Proven ability to achieve sales/admission targets.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in an educational or training institute will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
