Greetings!!!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant proficient in Tally ERP, e-commerce platform accounting, and inventory reconciliation. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling online marketplace transactions (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), GST filings, and managing inventory ledgers

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Maintain day-to-day accounting using Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
- Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and trial balance.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and petty cash.

E-commerce Accounting

- Reconcile online sales from Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc.
- Track settlements, returns, commissions, and TDS deductions from marketplaces.
- Coordinate with e-commerce teams for SKU-wise reconciliation and payment tracking.

Inventory Management

- Maintain inventory records in Tally and cross-check with physical stock.
- Coordinate with warehouse/store for real-time stock updates.




- Record inward/outward inventory and manage stock valuation and aging reports.

Taxation & Compliance

- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).
- Ensure timely TDS deductions and returns filing.
- Assist with statutory audits and tax assessments.

Skills & Competencies:

- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce portals and reconciliation techniques.
- Experience in inventory and stock ledger management.
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Solid Excel skills for MIS reporting.
- Attention to detail and time management.

Qualifications:

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with e-commerce-based businesses is a must.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
