Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Checker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quality inspection within the Plastic Moulding Manufacturing industry and be capable of ensuring that raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process (WIP), and finished products.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Identify defects and report quality issues to the production team.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring instruments.
- Maintain inspection records, quality reports, and documentation.
- Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and company procedures.
- Coordinate with production teams to improve product quality.
- Monitor calibration of measuring instruments.




- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience as a Quality Checker, QC Executive, Quality Inspector, or similar role in the Plastic Moulding Manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of incoming, in-process, and final quality inspection.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards.
- Experience using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Go/No-Go Gauges.
- Basic understanding of CAPA, NCR, and root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualification

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Polymer, or a related field.
- Certification in Quality Control or ISO Internal Auditor will be an added advantage.
