Market Development Officer (MDO) Job Purpose:

Strengthen product establishment, adoption, and technical support through field demonstrations,

farmer meetings, and training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

 Conduct product demonstrations, crop-specific trials, and field visits.

 Generate demand by educating farmers, dealers, and influencers.

 Organize field days, technical meetings, and promotional activities.

 Support SO/ASM team with technical materials and on-ground activation.

 Capture field data, demo results, and submit regular reports.

 Identify current potential markets and emerging opportunities.

 Train dealers/retailers on Biofactor product usage and benefits.

Qualifications & Skills:

 BSc Agriculture or Diploma Agriculture must.

 1–3 years of experience in agri technical support/market development.

 Good technical knowledge of crops, fertilizers, and biological products.

 Strong communication and field activity skills.
Location: Gadwal, Kadapa, Tirupathi, Srikalahasti

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
