- Plan and monitor daily garment production activities.
- Coordinate with cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing teams.
- Follow up with job workers to ensure timely production.
- Maintain production schedules and achieve delivery targets.
- Monitor product quality at every stage of production.
- Coordinate with stores for fabric, trims, and accessories.
- Prepare daily production reports and update management.
- Ensure smooth workflow and resolve production-related issues.
Requirements:
- Experience in Baby Girls Readymade Garments is mandatory.
- Valuable knowledge of garment manufacturing processes.
- Ability to handle production planning and team coordination.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
