Requirements:
- Graduate/Undergraduate experienced
- Minimum 6 months of Customer Support experience
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Comfortable handling Voice, Email & Chat support
Work Schedule:
- 5 Days Working
- Rotational Shifts with rotational weekly offs
