We are looking for a hands-on Design & Development Engineer with strong knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks for automotive components, fixtures, tooling and shop-floor quality inspection.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare 2D technical drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Design and develop automotive components, fixtures, jigs and tooling.
- Prepare drawings with accurate dimensions, tolerances and specifications.
- Conduct on-ground inspection and quality checks of components during production.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, etc.
- Verify components against drawings and required specifications.
- Coordinate with production and manufacturing teams for design implementation.
- Identify design/manufacturing issues and suggest practical improvements.
- Support new product development and modification of existing components.




- Knowledge of CNC machining / CNC programming / manufacturing processes will be an added advantage.
- Maintain proper drawings, revisions and technical documentation.

Requirements:

- Solid knowledge of AutoCAD & SolidWorks.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T;, dimensions and tolerances.
- Practical knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection methods.
- Willing to work on the shop floor and conduct physical quality inspections.
- Automobile / Auto Components / Mechanical industry background preferred.
- CNC knowledge preferred.
- Candidate must have their own laptop and licensed/required CAD software (AutoCAD & SolidWorks) for work.
- Good problem-solving and practical engineering skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
