This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Pune. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue current business opportunities, build and manage a strong sales pipeline, and drive lead generation efforts across target markets. Responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, presenting DOOH solutions, preparing proposals, and negotiating commercial terms to close deals. The role also involves maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution, and tracking market trends and competitor activities. The successful candidate will regularly report on sales performance, contribute to business growth strategies, and represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to handle client relationships, manage contracts, and support ongoing engagements.




- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in media, advertising, DOOH, or related industries, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Candidates should have strong analytical and CRM skills, comfort with sales reporting tools, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with a willingness to travel locally for client meetings as required.

Pay: ₹10,524.89 - ₹35,000.00 per month
