Job Description:
Manipal Hospitals is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, ensuring patient safety, and supporting the physicians in the delivery of medical services. Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and monitor patient health status, including vital signs and patient symptoms.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Participate in healthcare team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hospital policies.

Tools and Technologies:

- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

- Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical equipment and devices used in patient care.
- Competence in using technology for patient education and communication.
