Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Area sales Executive to join our team along with NETAFIM company Staffs. The role involves working directly with farmers and dealers to promote, install, and support drip irrigation systems. This is a field-based role with a focus on relationship building, technical support, and sales coordination.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain solid relationships with farmers, Office Staffs, and local contacts
- Conduct field demonstrations and participate in awareness programs
- Generate leads and maintain follow-up records
- Prepare basic reports on daily activities and progress
- Visit farms and interact with farmers to promote drip irrigation systems
- Supervise system installations and coordinate with technical teams
- Provide after-sales service and support
- Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years of field experience (preferred)
- Freshers with strong interest in agriculture are encouraged to apply




- Good communication skills in Tamil (English is a plus)
- Driving License with a valid license (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel extensively in assigned areas

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹380,000.00 per year
