Malabar Metals is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our online presence and generate quality business leads through digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media marketing, content creation, SEO, paid advertising, and lead generation.

You will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing activities that showcase our industrial metal fabrication, laser cutting, and related metalwork services to potential customers and businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content including social media posts, reels, promotional videos, product/service videos, and short-form video content.
- Shoot, edit, and produce qualified videos showcasing laser cutting, metal fabrication, machinery, projects, products, and company activities.
- Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Add captions, transitions, music, graphics, and other visual elements to improve video engagement.
- Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant paid campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility.
- Create marketing campaigns targeting B2B and industrial customers.
- Generate and manage leads through digital channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.




- Coordinate with the production and sales teams to understand services and develop relevant marketing content.
- Research competitors, industry trends, and new digital marketing opportunities.
- Maintain and update website content when required.
- Manage online listings, business profiles, and customer reviews.
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve marketing ROI.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Good video editing skills with experience creating short-form content such as Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Experience with content creation and social media management.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics/Search Console and digital marketing metrics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create marketing content independently.
- Creative, proactive, and result-oriented approach.
- Ability to understand and market technical/industrial products and services.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in B2B or industrial marketing.
- Experience marketing manufacturing, fabrication, engineering, construction, or similar businesses.
- Photography and videography skills.
- Experience creating industrial/product showcase videos.
- Knowledge of lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Experience with LinkedIn marketing and B2B lead generation.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
