About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can independently manage paid marketing campaigns, generate quality leads and improve the company's online presence.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage & optimize Google Ads campaigns

Run and manage Meta Ads / Facebook Ads

Generate high-quality leads through paid marketing campaigns

Create and implement lead generation strategies

Manage campaign budgets and optimize ad spend

Conduct audience research and competitor analysis

Track leads and coordinate with the sales team for better conversions

Prepare regular campaign performance reports





Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends & advertising strategies

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing

Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads

Strong understanding of Lead Generation

Experience in campaign optimization and performance tracking

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to independently manage paid marketing campaigns
