About the Role

The Compliance Executive will play a key role in ensuring effective compliance monitoring

across residential child care homes in the UK. The role involves conducting daily and weekly

audits relating to child locations, staff records, and operational compliance. The Compliance

Executive will liaise closely with Registered Managers and senior management teams to

ensure accurate reporting and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct daily child location audits to ensure accurate records and safeguarding

practices.

● Review and check quality reports to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements

and company standards.

● Examine and verify documentation, maintain utility certificates, and ensure all

documents are accurate and updated in company systems.

● Maintain centralised audit trackers and ensure timely updates.

● Identify gaps, trends,



or non-compliance issues and escalate where necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Robust organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

● Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for reporting, team coordination,

and regulatory liaison.

● Analytical mindset and attention to detail in reviewing reports and documents.

● Proficiency in digital documentation tools, spreadsheets, and communication

platforms.

● Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.

Shift Timings:

10:00 AM IST – 07:30 PM IST (Monday to Friday)

10.00 AM IST - 4.30 PM IST (Saturday)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
