Qualification

- ITI – Mechanical / Machinist
- Diploma – Mechanical Engineering
- Candidates with relevant CNC machining experience will be preferred.

Required Skills

- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience as a CNC Operator.
- Positive knowledge of CNC machines and machining operations.
- Ability to operate CNC machines efficiently and safely.
- Basic understanding of machine settings, tools, and machining parameters.
- Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, etc.
- Ability to identify basic machine and production-related issues.
- Good attention to detail and quality awareness.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC machines as per production requirements.




- Set and operate machines according to the required specifications.
- Monitor the machining process and ensure smooth machine operation.
- Check dimensions and quality of components using measuring instruments.
- Maintain required production and quality standards.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance activities.
- Follow safety procedures and work instructions.
- Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to ensure timely and quality production.
