Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer & Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality videos, graphics, product visuals, social media content, and promotional creatives for our brands and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Videography & Video Production

- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos for social media, websites, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
- Handle product shoots, promotional videos, reels, corporate videos, and event coverage.
- Set up and manage cameras, lighting, microphones, and other video equipment.
- Ensure proper framing, lighting, composition, and audio quality during shoots.
- Coordinate with the marketing and content teams to understand video requirements.

Video Editing

- Edit reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, product videos, and other digital content.
- Add transitions, text, subtitles, music, sound effects, animations, and other visual elements.
- Create engaging and platform-specific content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other channels.
- Maintain consistency in brand style, quality, and visual identity.

Graphic Designing

- Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, product creatives, brochures, posters, and promotional materials.
- Create attractive product images and marketing creatives for e-commerce platforms.
- Develop designs according to brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
- Resize and adapt creatives for different digital platforms and formats.





Creative & Team Collaboration

- Work closely with the Marketing, Social Media, SEO, and E-commerce teams.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute new creative ideas.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, video formats, design trends, and content styles.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver creatives within deadlines.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of videography, photography, graphic design, and video editing.
- Proficiency in tools such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Canva
- CapCut or similar video-editing tools
- Knowledge of camera handling, lighting, composition, and basic audio recording.
- Good understanding of social media content formats and trends.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation will be an advantage.
- AI tools for graphic design, image generation, and video creation will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Degree/Diploma in Visual Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Animation, Photography, Film Making, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant practical experience and a strong portfolio can also be considered.

Experience

1–4 years of relevant experience in videography, graphic design, video editing, or digital content creation.

Preferred Candidate

- Creative and detail-oriented.
- Strong visual sense and storytelling ability.
- Able to handle both shooting and designing independently.
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced e-commerce/marketing environment.
- Portfolio of previous work is preferred.
