An HR Recruiter finds, screens, and hires qualified people for open jobs. They work with managers to understand hiring needs, post job ads, and guide candidates through the whole hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and update job descriptions
- Source candidates on job boards and social media like LinkedIn Talent Solutions
- Screen incoming resumes and applications
- Conduct phone and video interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Manage job offers and salary talks
- Track hiring metrics like time-to-hire .
Job Requirements & Skills
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Robust verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Good eye for talent and cultural fit
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
