We have worked with and partnered with leading brands such as Dior, Kay Beauty, Lakmé, Tresemmé and many more. Our programs help aspiring makeup artists and hairstylists develop professional skills and build successful careers in the beauty, fashion and entertainment industry.

As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive / Career Counsellor to join our Mumbai team.

About the Role

This is a combined Sales + Career Counselling role.

You will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their career goals, counselling them on the right program, building trust, handling their questions and concerns, following up consistently and converting genuine enquiries into admissions.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable having meaningful conversations with prospective students while also being confident in closing sales and achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand prospective students’ career goals, interests and requirements.
- Counsel students and recommend the most suitable Daniel Bauer Academy course.
- Explain course details, fees, benefits,



career opportunities and admission process.
- Build relationships, handle objections and guide students towards making an informed decision.
- Follow up consistently with prospective students and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline, lead status and follow-up records.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets and contribute to overall sales growth.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
