Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in diagnosing, repairing, and servicing home appliances while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair kitchen and home appliances.
- Perform installation, maintenance, and preventive service.
- Visit customer locations for in office service.
- Maintain accurate service records and job reports.
- Ensure timely and quality service to customers.

Requirements:

- ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification.
- Experience in home appliance or electronics service is preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
