he Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing customer orders from Purchase Order (PO) receipt to service activation by coordinating with internal departments and ensuring timely execution of all operational activities. The role includes verification of customer documents, order tracking, billing and collection follow-up, MIS preparation, meeting coordination, and ensuring compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities

Verify Purchase Orders (POs) and customer KYC documents.

Send proposals and maintain proposal records.

Coordinate with CRM, NOC, Wiring Team, Technicians, Sales, and Finance for timely order execution and service activation.

Ensure all activities are carried out as per the defined SOPs.

Track billing status and follow up for timely payments and collections.

Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly MIS reports and perform basic data analysis.

Schedule meetings, maintain MOMs, and assist management with reports and operational analysis.

Maintain accurate documentation and update trackers.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Proficiency in using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, etc.) for documentation, reporting, analysis, and productivity.

Strong coordination and communication skills.

Valuable analytical and problem-solving ability.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
