Working Days: 6 Days a Week

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with strong knowledge of end-to-end HR operations and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment and Sales/Field Sales hiring

- Candidate sourcing, screening & interview coordination

- Employee onboarding & documentation

- Attendance, leave & employee records

- Employee engagement & grievance handling

- HR policies and day-to-day HR operations

- Performance management & employee relations

- Exit formalities and HR MIS

- Payroll coordination and other HR activities

Requirements:

- 4–6 years of relevant HR experience

- Strong experience in Sales hiring

- Valuable communication, leadership & problem-solving skills

- Ability to independently handle complete HR functions
