- Inspection & Measurement: Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections to verify part dimensions, tolerances, and finishes against technical drawings and GD&T; specifications.
- Quality Documentation: Maintain detailed inspection logs, non-conformance reports (NCR), and material test certificates (MTC) to ensure traceability.
- Tools & Techniques: Utilize precision instruments such as verniers, calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
- Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective/Preventive Action (CAPA) plans to address defects and reduce rework.
- Process Compliance: Ensure compliance with ISO 9001/IATF standards and maintain calibration systems for inspection tools.
- Shopfloor Support: Collaborate with operators to set up, monitor, and troubleshoot CNC machine processes.
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
