Could you be the full-time Project Manager we're looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise to the digital transformation of Alstom's Support Functions. You'll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and business-oriented teammates.

You will play a key role in delivering strategic business solutions and transformation initiatives, primarily across Human Resources, while also supporting Legal, Communications, Content Management, EHS, CSR, and other corporate functions.

Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and solution owners, you'll ensure the successful delivery of business-critical solutions that improve employee experience, operational efficiency, compliance, and organisational effectiveness.

We'll look to you for:

- Leading business and digital transformation projects across HR and other Support Functions
- Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones
- Acting as the primary interface between business stakeholders, IT teams, and solution providers
- Translating business requirements into structured project plans and delivery roadmaps
- Coordinating cross-functional and global stakeholders throughout project execution

- Ensuring alignment with Alstom governance, architecture, cybersecurity, and compliance standards
- Driving stakeholder engagement, change management, communication, and adoption activities
- Monitoring project performance and proactively managing risks and issues
- Managing solution deployments and ensuring a successful transition to operations
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digital innovation
- Contributing to continuous improvement of project management practices and methodologies

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That's why we don't expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we've listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

- Experience leading HR digital transformation programmes
- Familiarity with HR processes and employee-related solutions
- Exposure to Legal, Compliance, EHS, CSR, or Communications solutions
- Experience managing external vendors and system integrators

Things you'll enjoy

- Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines
- Collaborating with global business and technology teams

- Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognizes your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension)

You don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you'll be proud. If you're up for the challenge, we'd love to hear from you!
