* Salary: ₹10,000–₹12,000 + ₹3,000 Travel Allowance + Incentives

* Performance Incentive: 10% on every successful conversion

We are looking for a confident, smart and target-oriented qualified who can identify potential corporate clients, research their business and digital presence, connect with decision-makers, conduct basic digital audits, schedule meetings and convert qualified prospects into clients.

### Key Responsibilities

* Research and identify potential corporate & high-value business clients in Kolkata

* Identify **Founders, Owners, Directors, Marketing Heads and Business Heads**

* Research prospects' websites, Google presence and social media

* Prepare basic Digital Marketing & Online Presence Audits

* Contact decision-makers through calls, WhatsApp, email and professional networking platforms

* Schedule appointments and conduct field visits

* Meet business owners and senior decision-makers

* Understand client requirements and identify business opportunities

* Present initial research/audit professionally

* Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline

* Coordinate with the Founder/Management team for final meetings and negotiations

* Maintain daily lead, meeting and follow-up reports

* Achieve monthly business development and conversion targets

### Candidate Profile

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Confident while speaking with business owners and senior professionals

* Good Bengali, Hindi and English communication skills

* Strong internet research and Google search skills





* Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media and Websites

* Good convincing and negotiation skills

* Comfortable with field visits across Kolkata

* Target-oriented and self-motivated

* Good follow-up ability

* Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets

* **Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply**

### Salary & Incentives

**Fixed Salary:** ₹10,000 – ₹12,000/month

**Travel Allowance:** ₹3,000/month

**Performance Incentive:** **10% on every successful conversion**

**Example:**

Convert a ₹25,000 client → **₹2,500 incentive**

Convert a ₹50,000 client → **₹5,000 incentive**
