About the Role

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Finance team as an Officer – Compliance & Audit. The role involves managing statutory compliance, supporting internal audits, overseeing accounts payable activities, maintaining financial records, and assisting with financial reporting and analysis.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a sound understanding of taxation, audit, compliance, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance & Taxation

- Ensure timely compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and support compliance related to:
- GST
- TDS
- Income Tax
- ROC Filings
- Other applicable statutory requirements

- Maintain accurate records and documentation for statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with external consultants and regulatory authorities as required.

Internal Audit & Controls

- Conduct and support internal audit activities across business and financial processes.
- Identify process gaps, control weaknesses,



and areas of financial risk.
- Recommend and support implementation of process improvements.
- Monitor internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assist in audit documentation, reporting, and closure of audit observations.

Accounts Payable & Financial Operations

- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable cycle.
- Review and process vendor invoices.
- Perform vendor reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Support timely vendor payment processing.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Assist with financial analysis and provide relevant insights to management.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.

Audit & Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and other financial stakeholders.
- Provide required information and documentation during audits.
- Support regulatory and statutory audit requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of audit-related queries and observations.

Required Skills

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, taxation, and audit processes.




- Understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliance.
- Knowledge of internal audit and internal control processes.
- Experience or strong understanding of Accounts Payable and financial operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet defined deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with ERP and accounting systems, particularly Tally.
- Exposure to multi-entity accounting and financial operations.
- Experience in financial reporting and analysis.
- Exposure to process improvement and internal control frameworks.

Preferred Qualification

Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified.

CA Freshers and candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
