- Designation: Plant Manager
- Location: Baroda / Vadodara, Gujarat
- Required Experience: 8 to 10+ Years
- Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Preferred Industry: Engineering / Service Industry
Key Technical & Operational Skills:
- Technical Expertise: Hands on knowledge of mechanical overhauling, servicing, & testing of Compressors & Vacuum Pumps. Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge is required.
- Plant & Operations Handling: Complete oversight of daily workshop operations, manpower management, vendor management, maintenance planning, store & inventory management, customers handling etc.
- Government Officials Handling: Primary HR compliance is handled by the corporate office, but the Plant Manager must coordinate with the corporate office for necessary actions & know how to handle local Government officials during surprise visits to the workshop.
Team & Commercial Details:
- Reporting Structure: Reports directly to Senior Management and Taiwan team
- Team Size: 8 to 10 employees
- CTC: Based on candidate experience
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
