Sales Representative

Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi (Onsite)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing aviation sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of aircraft parts and aviation aftermarket operations, along with experience in handling customer RFQs, managing client relationships, and driving sales opportunities to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and respond to customer Requests for Quotation (RFQs) in a timely manner.

· Drive sales of aircraft spare parts while maintaining competitive pricing and profitability.

· Conduct Fair Market Value (FMV) assessments and market research to support pricing decisions.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners.

· Follow up proactively on submitted quotations to maximize order conversion.

· Manage purchase orders and sales orders, ensuring accurate processing and timely fulfillment.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities within CRM systems.

· Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities within the aviation aftermarket sector.

Required Qualifications & Skills Experience:

· 1–5 years of experience in aviation sales, aircraft parts trading, or a related aviation business environment.

Education:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

Industry Knowledge:

· Solid understanding of aircraft components, aviation supply chain processes, and aftermarket operations.

Commercial Skills:

· Solid negotiation skills and business acumen.





· Ability to analyze market data and develop competitive pricing strategies.

Communication:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

· Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Technical Skills:

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

· Experience using CRM platforms and sales management tools.

Personal Attributes:

· Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
