Position: Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager
Location: Andheri & Navi Mumbai
Experience: 3+ of experience (Modular Interiors Projects)
Qualification: Diploma & Degree in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of residential interior projects.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Supervise site activities and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Monitor project quality, safety standards, and budget compliance.
- Oversee civil,



electrical, plumbing, tiling, gypsum, carpentry, painting, and finishing works.
- Plan and track material requirements and site deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions when required.
- Ensure timely project handover and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualification

- 3+ years of experience in Modular Interiors Project Management.
- Strong site execution and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as required.
