We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Relationship Managers to join our automobile dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, building strong relationships, generating leads, and supporting customers throughout the vehicle purchase process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and provide information about vehicles, features, pricing, and offers.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Arrange test drives and coordinate with customers throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales and customer engagement targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with the sales, finance, insurance, and delivery teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a positive and confident personality.
- Willingness to work towards sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of automobiles and sales is an advantage.
- Experience - Min 2 to 5 Years
- Freshers / New Joiners are welcome to apply.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Driving Licence Must
- Candidates with prior automobile, sales, or relationship-management experience will be an added advantage.
