We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive for Immigration with at least 6 months of experience in customer calling, lead generation, or sales support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about the company's services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Address customer queries and resolve basic concerns promptly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Valuable persuasion and negotiation abilities.




- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, patience, and professionalism.

Eligibility

- Freshers are welcomed.
- Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, Sales Executive, or in a similar role.
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates may apply.
- Experience in tele-sales, customer service, or lead generation will be preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the immigration, education, travel, insurance, or service industry is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
