Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced off-page SEO executive who stays updated with the latest trends and Google core updates. Your main job will be to improve website rankings and traffic using smart backlinking strategies, keeping Google's E-E-A-T and YMYL guidelines in mind.

Job Responsibilities:

- Advanced Off-Page SEO: Create and execute high-quality white-hat backlink strategies to improve website authority, trust, and organic rankings.
- Google Algorithm Compliance: Work according to the latest Google Core Updates, E-E-A-T, and SEO best practices to ensure long-term ranking growth.
- Link Building: Acquire high-authority backlinks through guest posting, blogger outreach, digital PR, niche edits, and other ethical link-building methods.
- Competitor Research & Analysis: Analyze competitor websites, backlink profiles, content strategies, and ranking trends to identify new SEO opportunities.
- Keyword Ranking & Growth: Improve keyword rankings, increase organic traffic, and help websites achieve Top 10 positions on Google through strategic SEO execution.
- Content Optimization (SEO, AEO & GEO): Optimize existing and recent content for Search Engines, Answer Engines (AEO),



and Generative AI platforms (GEO) to maximize visibility.
- SEO Tools & Performance Tracking: Use tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and Screaming Frog to monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Technical SEO Coordination: Work closely with the development and content teams to resolve technical SEO issues and improve crawlability, indexing, and overall site performance.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the SEO and content teams to achieve monthly traffic, ranking, and backlink acquisition targets.

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Experience: 2 to 3 years of solid experience in off-page SEO (required).
- Algorithm Knowledge: Deep understanding of Google updates, E-E-A-T, and YMYL principles.
- Tool Expertise: Practical knowledge of SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
- Language: Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Education: Diploma or Degree (Required).
- Commute: Must be able to travel daily to our office in Janakpuri, New Delhi.
