Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst – Agile Delivery with 2+ years of experience to work closely with clients, stakeholders, product, and technical teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, business analysis, Agile delivery, documentation, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements through client meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Functional Specifications, and Process Flow documents.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements for development teams.
- Work closely with Product, Development, QA, UI/UX, and other teams throughout the SDLC.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate project tasks, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to support timely delivery.
- Conduct client demos, requirement walkthroughs, and project status meetings.
- Support UAT,



defect tracking, release activities, and post-implementation support.
- Track project progress, identify risks or dependencies, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project, requirement, and stakeholder documentation.
- Use AI-powered tools to improve requirement documentation, reporting, workflow automation, and productivity.
