Job Description

The Quality Assurance Executive will be responsible for maintaining and improving the company's quality management system while ensuring compliance with GMP, GLP, GHP, AYUSH, FSSAI, and other applicable regulatory requirements. The selected candidate will verify RDA values, monitor compliance across all departments, conduct internal audits, and ensure that manufacturing and quality processes are performed in accordance with approved procedures and regulatory standards.

The role includes preparing, reviewing, and maintaining SOPs, quality manuals, records, formats, logbooks, and other controlled documents. The candidate will ensure documentation accuracy, maintain audit readiness, implement departmental quality rules, coordinate corrective and preventive actions,



monitor compliance activities, and work closely with Production, Quality Control, Stores, and other departments to strengthen quality systems throughout the organization.

The successful candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent documentation practices, and the ability to identify non-conformities and recommend effective corrective actions. Maintaining a culture of quality, discipline, and continuous improvement will be an essential part of this role.

Eligibility

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related discipline. A minimum of two years of experience in Quality Assurance within the Pharmaceutical, Ayurvedic, Nutraceutical, or Herbal manufacturing industry is mandatory. Applicants should have practical knowledge of GMP, GLP, GHP, Quality Management Systems (QMS), documentation control, internal audits, and regulatory compliance. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are expected.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
